Printed Forms

The form above will need to be signed before your photography session.  I uploaded them so you can go ahead and read over them ahead of time.  If you need a different format to view them, just let me know and I can email you attachments.  You don't need to print these ahead of time as I can do that for you.  If you need a parent to sign the release ahead of time, that is fine to go ahead and print and have that done.  Minors are required to have parents sign before the session.

The contract is one that I have to fill rates into after discussing your needs.

Forms are continually updated as needed.  These are meant to give you an estimate of what the form will say.
